A dynamic team of 19 chefs and special guests from the Chef's Network for the Global Goals will be travelling to Stockholm to join a variety of innovative and inspiring events starting 9th June in the lead up to this year's EAT Forum: 


Smaka Pa Stockholm
Time: 11.30am to 5pm 
Venue: Kungstradgarden

Chefs from around the world will join Europe’s biggest food festival to chat about alternate ingredients, biodiversity and food waste. With 30-minute challenges, the Chefs’ Manifesto team and guests Sandro Demaio and Anders Nordström will curate bite-sized creations and share their insights and tips with Stockholm’s foodies for a delicious food future. Sweden Food Tech 
Time: 08:50am - 8:00pm
Venue: Rooftop at Hotel 6

The Chefs’ Manifesto crew will hold 2 workshops at Sweden Food Tech one on alternate proteins as an ingredient; the second will focus on Future 50 Foods and biodiversity. Within these workshops, chefs will play with these ingredients and create bite sized dishes for visitors.  The Chefs’ Manifesto will also prepare snacks for 400 people. Get a ticket here! 


Food Forever Experience Stockholm 
Time: 5:30- 7:30pm
Venue: Clarion Hotel Sign 

Biodiversity for Resilience. If we're to feed a population of 9 billion by 2050 without harming the planet, we need to conserve and share all food diversity. With delicious creations from the Chefs' Manifesto crew, the Food Forever Experience Stockholm captures what the future of food could taste like if we embrace some of the weird and wonderful foods currently on the margins of the culinary mainstream. EAT Stockholm Food Forum 2019

Bringing together 1,000 of the brightest minds in food, the EAT Stockholm Food Forum will shed a light on the crucial need for global food transformation.
