FReSH Network

Food Reform for Sustainability and Health (FReSH) is a WBCSD project aimed at providing healthy, enjoyable diets for all, produced responsibly within planetary boundaries through:

  • A systemic approach covering health & nutrition, the environment and socio-economy;
  • A theory of change starting at the consumer level, whereby changing consumer habits and diets will pull the whole food value chain.

FReSH takes a ’fork to farm’ approach, starting with the dietary shifts that are required for everybody to eat well within the environmental limits. FReSH a facilitates the pre-competitive collaboration of over 30 member companies towards scaling up transformative business solutions across the food value chain that are aligned with science-based targets.
