Report by WFP identifies 18 flashpoints at risk of descending further into crisis without a rapid response and greater investment. Sub-Saharan Africa is featured heavily on this list with Zimbabwe, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Central Sahel region all needing immediate attention.
