It’s official 👀 - beans are on trend in 2025! 🫘🫘
We are thrilled to see that @nytcooking has “beans on every menu in 2025” in their roundup of the major food moments that changed life in the last 25 years.
The backstory? #NewYorkCity has been a core focus for Beans... is How. Our #BeansOnTheMenu activations – both in 2023 and 2024 – collectively inspired 100+ restaurants across the boroughs to highlight beans on their menus. 🙌
We also partnered with NYC Government Agencies who pledged more beans in public procurement, AND we organised chef visits to inspire dialogue in older adult communities.
BUT beans aren’t just a trend. They are a delicious, simple affordable and nutritious solution to our global health, climate, and cost-of-living challenges.
So THANK YOU to all of the restaurants who made this possible and @kitchensense for all the strong collaboration.
