AND that’s not all! The top 10 recipes will be ...featured in a gorgeous digital cookbook to raise money for the Felix Project.

It’s been an incredible two days at the Chefs’ Manifesto London Action Hub: Evolving Food Futures!
So many new faces joined us this year from across the world coming together to learn and explore innovative solutions. We had a line-up of fantastic speakers shared their inspiring ...stories on transforming our food systems for a sustainable future.
From insightful talks on growing practices to dynamic discussions on access to nutritious food, the space was a beacon of hope and collaboration. Sessions included:

Day 2️⃣ of our Chefs’ Manifesto Action Hub in #London with @omvedgardens saw profound discussions on the carbon impact of our food choices and menus. 🧑🍳👩🍳👨🍳Chefs @bettinas_kitchen , @honouryourfood , @arthur_potts_dawson , @chefvanshikabhatia , and @kickboxerchef , ...alongside coordinator @PaulNewnham and storyteller, Helen Fisher, shared invaluable insights on designing sustainable menus, sourcing responsibly, and managing waste to align with #ParisAgreement targets.
Later, fueled by delicious creations from @omvedgardens team @everymoodfood , guest chefs like @spacey_chef , @RebbeccaGhim, and @jomarchinfood shared practical tips on reducing waste and carbon footprints in cooking, processing, and disposal.
To guarantee future food security, we must choose to change today. Thank you all for joining and inspiring us to nourish both people and planet better from our kitchens🙌🙌🙌

We had such an amazing time at the @tasteoflondon. Day 1 was jam-packed and buzzing with vibrant discussions and tasty #treats. @spacey_chef kicks off his session discussing all things #beans and their amazing abilities to strengthen soil health, reduce emissions and #climatechange. Attendees were... treated to a delicious #lentil ragu and hummus as well as black bean and used coffee ground brownies - showcasing that beans can be delicious and versatile!🫘
The @beansishow team was on the grounds, engaging attendees with merch and insights in putting more #beansonthemenu.
