The #SouthAfrica Action hub was all about elevating South #African indigenous dishes and their desirability, through the wonderful chefs in the @ChefsManifesto network.... who utilised MANY beans! 🫘🫘
Bambara groundnut, #chickpeas, #kidneybeans and more all starred in the various ...dishes cooked and enjoyed by the group... Bambara bean curry, Chakalakka with beans and Trail mix with spinach, chick peas, red kidney beans, cranberries and pumpkin skins, to name a few.😍
Not to mention the participation of our coalition partner @GCwalisa who enlightened the discussion by sharing their incredible work in making accessible in the Townships.
