Crispy Chole (chickpeas) By Neha Pundir

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chickpeas :- 250-300 grams
  • Extra virgin olive oil :- 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste

Method:

  1. Mix extra virgin olive oil , salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

  2. Put these in preheated air fryer for 15-20 minutes @200F or until they are crispy. Keep checking in between so that they don’t burn .

Different flavours can be made in these chole like peri peri , mint , chaat masala , podi masala.

Store them in airtight container; stays good upto a week.
