A great, easy recipe to cook for and with your kids!

Ingredients:
- ½ can of white northern or navy beans
- 1 ripe avocado
- Whole grain bread
- Splash of lemon juice
- Sliced tomato
- Basil leaves
- Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Method:
With a fork, mash together beans, avocado, and lemon juice.
Toast your whole grain bread (I like whole wheat sourdough)
Top with tomatoes, basil, and a dash of everything bagel seasoning.
