What’s the power of a diverse plate?

For #WorldFoodDay this October 16th, we’re asking chefs from around the globe to share how they are increasing access to good food by bringing dietary diversity to the table.

How do you encourage people to explore new flavours and food groups?
Diverse diets consist of meals that are made up of a variety of foods from all different sources. Diverse diets help to:
→ Rediscover underutilised local & seasonal foods
→ Increase good nutrition
→ Prioritise climate-resilient crops
→ Celebrate cultural traditions
→ Achieve food security
→ Increase taste and flavour!
Celebrate World Food Day by sharing your diverse plate with us!

Here are a few ways you can celebrate #WorldFoodDay with the Chefs’ Manifesto!
