Oats are incredibly versatile and an unappreciated superfood. They can be eaten cold or hot with sweet or savoury flavours and are high in fibres to promote gut health and boost serotonin, beta glucans to support heart health and have a low glycaemic index for a slow and steady release of energy.

Ingredients:
- 45G rolled oats
- 250mL milk/water
- 150g frozen mixed berries
- Raw honey
Method:
In a saucepan, add 45G rolled oats, 250mL milk/water and 150g frozen mixed berries.
Bring to a boil then simmer for 2-3 minutes until the berries are soft and oats have swollen.
Serve in a bowl and leave to cool down for a minute before stirring 1-2 teaspoons of raw honey.
