We’re back in 2026 for a day of peer-to-peer learning, dialogue, demonstration, and community-led action for a more resilient food future.

Join a powerful gathering of chefs, policymakers, innovators, and community leaders shaping the future of food. From global insights through the eyes of Máximo Torero (Chief Economist at the FAO) to UK perspectives from Anna Taylor(Executive Director of The Food Foundation), the day brings together leading voices working at the forefront of food systems change.

Through dynamic panels, live cooking demonstrations, and interactive discussions, contributors including Jozef Youssef, Isobel Bruce, Conor Spacey and Danny McCubbin will explore the big questions shaping what we eat: resilience in times of crisis, the forces influencing food choice, and how communities are driving solutions from the ground up.

Together we will spark collaboration, surface practical ideas, and commit to meaningful actions for a more resilient, equitable food system.
